  • List Secure Legal Protection for Sellers who purchase the warranty for a home they sell: – Up to $1000 to cover attorney fees from a post-sale dispute – Coverage available for 2 years from the date of closing

BENEFITS TO PPG AGENTS

  • Simple service model and detailed marketing material for easy explanation to the consumer
  • $3,750 of your $10,000 E&O Deductible is WAIVED for 1 year from the date of closing for all transactions in which there is an APHW Agreement or Waiver signed by your client in our file
  • $75 of E&O Fee is not charged to the agent for all transactions in which an APHW Warranty is purchased AND the Data Collection for the property is complete. If you do not complete the Data Collection for the property, you will NOT receive the fee waiver.

PROCEDURES

In order to receive the Benefits to PPG Agents identified above, Agents must complete the following steps

  1. Present an APHW Home Warranty to your client and have them complete the APHW Agreement/Waiver Form (This applies to Listings & Transactions)

  2. Complete the APHW Data Collection Form for the property

  3. Order the Home Warranty (unless waived) & input the property data using one of the following methods:

    Login to APHW.com and input the warranty order and the property data

    Email signed Agreement & Data Collection Form to edocs@aphw.com

    Call 1-800-648-5006 and provide warranty information and property data

  4. Input the following items into the Skyslope checklist:

    – APHW Warranty Agreement OR Waiver

    – APHW Data Collection Form (unless waived)

    – APHW Invoice (unless waived)
