Floor Time is voluntary scheduled time for a PPG Agent to have the first right of refusal to service all walk-in and phone call leads for the office they are covering. Any leads not accepted by the Agent will be distributed according to PPG’s Incoming Lead Procedures.
Clients/prospects inquiring about a specific PPG listing should always be directed to the PPG Listing Agent.
To be eligible for Floor Time, Agents must be members of the office they are covering and actively registered in the MLS system associated with that office.
Floor Time hours are available 7 days per week from 9am – 5pm in 2-hour time slots:
9am – 11am
11am – 1pm
1pm – 3pm
3pm – 5pm
PPG Agents may sign up for up to FOUR 2-hour time slots per calendar month starting 7 days prior to the 1st of the month. Any slots still available after 5pm on the 5th of the calendar month open to first come first serve booking.
If a PPG Agent is signed up for a Floor Time slot they cannot cover, that Agent is responsible for finding a replacement and notifying the Office Manager.
If a PPG Agent misses a Floor Time slot they are signed up for, they cannot book any slots in the next calendar month. If they miss more than 3 slots, they cannot book Floor Time slots for the remainder of the calendar year.
